Rose Thompson's Funeral 2/29

Rose Thompson was Uncle Smith's wife. Uncle Smith Thompson is Grandpa Karl R. Thompson's brother. Pictured here is Grandmother with Rose's grandaughter and grandson, David's two children. David was killed by a fall a few months ago.

He was Rose and Smith's first-born, who was born deaf. Thompson sisters, Melva Marquardt and Judy Anderson, Louise's daughters. Louise, Grandpa Thompson's sister, married Parley Butler. Judy and her brother, Narvin Parley, are the Thompson representatives that have done more Thompson genealogy than anyone else.

Grandmother looked at Aunt Rose and said, "Well, Rose, you finally did it!" She was such a hard worker and public servant. Anyone that knew her, revered her name.

Grandmother is the last person in that generation still living from that family.
Me, Cordell, Mama, Kerry Ann (Cordell's wife). Cordell and Joe have been very close and best friends all through the years. (They both were from Riverdale, Utah.) I have sweet memories when we visited the Riverdale cousins as a little girl.
