MY FAVORITE POPULAR ALBUM

Jenny Oaks Baker, daughter of Elder Dallin H. Oaks of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, is my favorite popular recording artist. I learned about her in the recording studio, 1997, when my group, The Evergreen Singers, were recording the sacred classics for benefactor Wade Cook.
Jenny was a child prodigy, and her music is divine, as witnessed by members of the club to which we belong, Dinorators. I quote from their historical minutes: 1983: Justice Dallin Oaks and wife, June, and 7 year old daughter, Jenny, were special guests. Jennie amazed them with her dexterity on the violin, accompanied by her mother, June. Justice Oaks is presently Justice of the Supreme Court of Utah, and gave a detailed address on the problems of the courts.

Jenny Oaks Baker and her best fan, me.
Crawford Gates, with wife, Georgia, attend Jenny's concert held at the Assembly Hall June 28th. The place was packed with many fans. I'm proud to be standing with some of the greatest musicians from Utah.
