THE OLD MANSION AND MY NEW CAR

The old mansion and my new car.The gigantic and wonderful Horse Chestnut tree in rich array. The mansion is peeking out from behind. It sits on half an acre.
My new 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid. It's a breeze to drive at 40-45 miles to the gallon!
Kimberly Waite, in gold, receives gratulations from Kent and Nyla Petersen
and, of course, the Heninger's
Kim's benefit concert will send her to Salzberg, Austria, in July for a 5-week
musical study abroad. Kim and Kent are members of the Kaye Starr Singers.

Carol Hurst is also in attendance. Carol was Joyce's piano instructor years ago. We know Carol is a good teacher because Joyce is fantastic on the piano, and now is our choir's pianist!

Carol gets younger every year. She's "Mrs. Music" at Weber, in my opinion, and has been an icon there for many years.

A PEEK AT THE OLD MANSION

Brent and I are presently looking at an old Mansion to buy. You ought to see it!The lilacs line the street beside the old homestead.
The white gate at the end of the road is the edge of the SLC Cemetery.
Brent is standing at the roadway next to the mansion.

There it is, in all it's glory! This picture was taken in March, before the leaves came out. That's a huge Horse Chestnut tree in the front.

The east side of the home. This was built in 1901.
Another view of the east side. The home is in very good condition.
Here's the front porch. Did I hear you say, "Wow!"
The Horse Chestnut tree in full bloom! It looks like Lehi's "Tree of Life!"
To be continued.....
